Petroleum Storage Tank Removal, Soil Testing, & Cleanup
Being a single-employee company, I put my reputation on the line on every project. My clients have the best man on the job from start to finish (28 years of experience removing petroleum storage tanks). And with very low overhead, SSE can be most competitive cost wise. So I hope to have the opportunity to be of service. Please give me a call.
The basement wall was exposed in the process of soil excavation, so it was scraped clean by hand and a sealant was applied. There was no extra charge for this special care. As you can see in the bottom, right photo, we left the property looking as good as, if not better than, we found it. That's just how Sensible Solutions and our subcontractors do business.
This UST was located behind the boxwoods. Because the tank was within inches of the basement wall, we had to be extra careful in removing it and backfilling. A section of the terra cotta French drain pipe was disturbed during soil excavation, so it was replaced with plastic pipe.
